4. General Refund Eligibility

4.3 One-Time Purchases

One-time digital product purchases may be refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase if the product has not been substantially accessed or downloaded. Once digital content has been fully accessed, refunds are not available except as required by applicable law.

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven to ten (7–10) business days, depending on your financial institution

7. Refund Processing and Timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot refund to a different card or account unless required by law or in cases of a closed or expired payment method, in which case alternative arrangements may be made.

  • Credit and debit cards: typically five to ten (5–10) business days after approval
  • PayPal and digital wallets: typically three to five (3–5) business days after approval
  • Bank transfers: up to fourteen (14) business days depending on your bank

8. Partial Refunds

9. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension pending investigation. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, you remain responsible for the original charge. If resolved in your favor after we have already issued a refund, we reserve the right to investigate duplicate credits.
